CNN is Determined to Turn Fake News Into Truth.

CNN continues to lie to its views [sic] in the United States and around the world about what President Donald Trump said about the riots in Charlottesville, Virginia, in August 2017.

As Breitbart News has explained repeatedly, and as CNN’s own coverage at the time showed, Trump used the phrase “very fine people” to describe non-violent protesters on either side of the debate over a Confederate statue — and specifically excluded the neo-Nazis, whom he “condemned totally.”

Yet for the past several weeks, CNN has reported that Trump was referring to neo-Nazis as “very fine people” in Charlottesville. CNN is now using the Charlottesville lie to implicate Trump in the terror attacks against two mosques in New Zealand on Friday.

On Friday evening, host Don Lemon played a deceptively edited video clip of President Trump’s press conference from Trump Tower on August 15, 2017.

Lemon introduced the clip by saying, “Nobody has forgotten — nobody has forgotten — what he said after that deadly white supremacist riot in Charlottesville.”

He then cut to a clip of Trump saying, “You also had people that were very fine people on both sides. You had people in that group — excuse me, excuse me. I saw the same pictures as you did.”

Lemon left out that Trump had made clear he was not talking about the neo-Nazis: “I’m not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists, because they should be condemned totally.” He also failed to explain that, as CNN itself reported at the time of the press conference, Trump was referring to people “that were there to protest the taking down, to them, of a very, very important statue and a renaming of a park from Robert E. Lee to another name.” Read more HERE.

South Carolina Mayor Charges Racism After Car Defaced, Then Police Find the Facts

Local and state police investigated the claims made by Lamar’s Mayor Darnell Byrd McPherson.

A South Carolina mayor immediately proclaimed herself to be a victim of racism after finding her car defaced, but police had a more logical explanation after looking into the incident.

Darnell Byrd McPherson, mayor of Lamar, South Carolina, quickly assumed she had been the victim of a hate crime after finding a yellow “sticky substance” painted over her and her husband’s cars recently, according to Newsweek.

McPherson told the media that the substance “got in all of the grooves” of the autos that were sitting outside the couple’s home.

“My husband went out to the car to get some things out of the garage,” the mayor told Newsweek. “He says, ‘Somebody’s painted your car!’”

McPherson – Facebook

McPherson added that a neighbor also alerted her to the substance.

The incident caused her to assume she had been a victim of a hate crime.

“I likened it as a hate crime because No. 1, there’s a history in our town of Lamar,” the Lamar mayor said. Read more.

Nolte: Ralph Northam Is the Media’s Governor

Alex Wong/Getty Images, Edit: BNN

by John Nolte

Chances are, if you are being lied to by a member of the D.C. Media — whether it’s in print, online, or on the TV — you are being lied to by a resident of Virginia. Yes, you are being lied to by a far-leftist who voted to make Democrat Ralph “The Coonman” Northam his or her governor.

You see, most of the reporters who work in Washington, DC, do not live in Washington, DC; they live in Virginia. This should come as no surprise to anyone who understands the left.

On paper, Washington, DC, should be a haven, a Leftist Utopia. After all, D.C. has been exclusively run by Democrats for decades. In fact, since the creation of the Office of the Mayor of Washington, DC, in the early 1970s, only Democrats have held that office. There are no eeeevil Republicans stopping D.C. Democrats from instituting their utopian policies, and yet…

Washington, DC, is the 16th most dangerous city in all of America. (Guess which political party runs almost all of the other 15.) Washington, DC, runs the worst schools in America, has the highest income inequality in all of America, and has a serious homeless problem. Read the rest of this article at breitbart.com.

Joe Donnelly (D-IN) Insults Minority Staffers During Final Senate Debate

Once again the media prove that if they didn’t have a double standard, they wouldn’t have any standards at all. Here are a couple of examples:

by John Nolte:

Incumbent Senator Joe Donnelly (D-IN) wants voters to know that racial minorities can still do a great job, even though they are racial minorities.

During Tuesday night’s crucial and final debate in what is shaping up as a much tighter Indiana senate race than anyone expected, the Democrat bragged about the racial diversity of some of his top senate and campaign staffers, but appeared to be surprised that their ethnicity did not hold them back from doing a great job.

“Our state director is Indian-American, but he does an amazing job,” Donnelly explained.

“Our director of all constituent services, she’s African-American, but she does an even more incredible job than you could ever imagine,” Donnelly added [Emphasis (bold type) mine].

Nolte: CNN’s Freak Show of Violence and Racism Hit 17 New Lows This Week

AP/Kostas Tsironis: Edit: BNN

by John Nolte:

Here is the thing that is so amusing about CNN… Pretty much every day the far-left network engages in numerous acts of self-humiliation. A Don Lemon or Chris Cuomo or Jake Tapper or Brian Stelter says or does something that forever stains their character, that reveals the hideous person beneath … and for what?

If CNN had anything other than tragic ratings, if CNN were in second place or even close to second place, I could understand the shamelessness, the tabloid approach to covering politics. But CNN’s ratings are not only awful, they are miraculously awful. Not only is CNN in far-last place, The Least Trusted Name In News does not even have a breakout star or show. Throughout all of last quarter, and only in competition with two other networks (MSNBC and Fox), not a single CNN show — not even one — placed in the top 20.

Think about how awful CNN is to accomplish such a thing, to only have two other networks to compete with and still not place even one show in the top 20 throughout an entire quarter.

Here’s another scenario that might makes sense of CNN’s relentless campaign of self-degradation… Let’s say CNN’s ratings are just as bad, but with breaking stories and smart reporting, CNN is having an impact on public opinion and the news cycle. If that was the case, I could understand the freak show, because having an impact matters. And if it takes a freak show to have an impact, so be it. Except…

CNN has no impact at all.  All of the Big Stories CNN broke this year turned out to be fake news, and ever since Carl Bernstein’s disgrace, CNN has pretty much stopped reporting. Like a prize fighter who got knocked out, the anti-Trump channel seems scared to get back in the ring. So what does CNN do instead…?

CNN is now a 24/7, left-wing echo chamber of hate, violence, and flamingly awful hot takes; a safe space by way of an anti-Trump safe space by way of panel after panel after panel of unimpressive people who all agree with one another signaling their own virtue and spewing poison at their political enemies.

So here is my theory as to why CNN has decided to become a full-time freak show…

Nothing CNN chief Jeff Zucker has tried over the last five years has succeeded. Nothing. His morning show, which should have been his crown jewel, is one of the lowest rated shows in all of cable news.

Overall, Zucker has failed utterly in lifting CNN’s ratings out of far last place. In fact, CNN sheds viewers by double digits most every month.

Even worse have been CNN’s attempts at journalism. Pretty much everything CNN reports is eventually uncovered as fake news. Because of this, CNN’s reputation is in tatters, beyond repair — the network is a national punch-line, a laughingstock.

So that leaves Carnival Barker Zucker and his Circus Geeks with only one option — to put on the freak show. The only thing CNN has left, the only way CNN can garner attention anymore is through self-abasement, is to capture our attention as we wait to see just how low Don Lemon, Chris Cuomo, Jake Tapper, Brian Stelter and the rest are willing to go.

All CNN has left is to bite the heads off of chickens in the hopes it will go viral, because that is, well, something —  that is at least some level of celebrity, some form of attention.

In other words, CNN is in a position where it has nothing to lose. Things could not possibly get worse, so why hide? Why be professional? Why be decent? With nothing left to lose, CNN staffers are free to reveal themselves as the unscrupulous, mean-spirited, clueless, angry babies they really are.

And there is no doubt that President Trump’s ongoing successes combined with last week’s confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court and Kanye West opening his eyes to the 50 year failure of the Democrat Party,  has freaked out the CNN freaks in ways we have never before seen.

This week was a week of all new lows at CNN; 17 by my count, and I probably missed  a few.

In no particular order… Read the rest at breitbart.com.

Barack Obama in 2008: Both Parties ‘Have Monkeyed Around With Elections’

A huge “Bru Ha Ha” here, but not even a whimper when The Almighty Barack Obama said this in 2008. A double standard ya’ think?

by Robert Kraychick

Barack Obama warned supporters that politicians had “monkeyed around” with elections, during a campaign speech at Kent State University in New Philadelphia, Ohio, on September 3, 2008.

Then-Senator Obama (D-IL) said (0:29 in the video below): “I come from Chicago. It’s not as if it’s just Republicans who have monkeyed around with elections in the past. Sometimes Democrats have, too. You know, whenever people are in power, they have this tendency to try to tilt things in their direction.”

Obama called for establishing a “voting rights division” within the Department of Justice (DOJ) to combat “voter fraud” and what he said were efforts to “discourage people to vote.”

On Wednesday, Florida Republican gubernatorial nominee Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) advised Floridians not to monkey this up” by selecting a “socialist agenda” via a Democrat governor.

News media outlets such as The Hill and CNN framed the comment as racial, given that DeSantis’s Democrat opponent, Andrew Gillum, is black. Read the rest of this article at breitbart.com.

Rubio, Scott Lead Assault on Conservative Judge, Take Down ‘Qualified’ Nominee

With Senate Republicans Like Tim Scott and Marco Rubio Who Needs Democrats?

“Does the Senate now have the formula it needs to never again confirm another Clarence Thomas? By that I mean another constitutionalist justice? Or for that matter, another lower court originalist? Could be.” – Constitution.com.

When you read the full article, you’ll learn the underhanded tactics going on here, and how it could effect the Supreme Court nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

From Breitbart:  by Katherine Rodriguez

Republican Sens. Marco Rubio and Tim Scott torpedoed a conservative nominee to the Ninth Circuit appeals court on Thursday whom even liberals called qualified for the bench, citing college-era political comments, energizing Democrats, and creating a new line of attack against the confirmations of dozens of other judicial picks, including Brett Kavanaugh for the Supreme Court.

Ryan Bounds, an Oregon federal prosecutor who clerked for Judge Diarmuid O’Scannlain on the Ninth Circuit, had an impressive array of credentials that impressed people on the left and the right. Even the left-wing American Bar Association (ABA) unanimously voted to rate Bounds as “qualified” for the Ninth Circuit after they reviewed his full record, showing that even those firmly aligned with liberal priorities acknowledge that college-era political riffs do not disqualify someone from a federal judgeship.

But what should have been a historic moment for the Trump administration and the Republican Party to nominate a qualified judge ended in a failed nomination due to Rubio and Scott’s efforts to take down a conservative judge due to misgivings about the nominee’s writings in a college newspaper.

Scott privately told Rubio on the Wednesday before the vote that he had concerns about Bounds’ “racially insensitive” writings in the Stanford Daily, a conservative college newspaper, back in 1995.

Rubio made a pact with Scott to vote no on Trump’s nominee, promising that Republicans would vote the same way. Both senators voted “yes” on Bounds in the procedural vote, and the Senate Judiciary Committee approved his nomination in an 11-10 vote in June.

But instead of letting the White House and the Senate Judiciary Committee know of their misgivings about Bounds months ago, Rubio and Scott raised their concerns about the Oregon federal prosecutor right before Thursday’s Senate vote—which Senate Republicans needed 50 votes in order for Bounds’ nomination to pass. Here Is Your Only Approved Halloween Costume, According To The Left

Charlesworth/LightRocket via Getty Images

By Ben Shapiro

It’s time to police Halloween costumes.

On Monday evening, Cosmopolitan ran a piece arguing that parents should stop dressing their young daughters as the Disney heroine Moana. Why? Beause Moana is Hawaiian. And if you dress your daughter in Hawaiian garb, this is cultural appropriation. See, it would be just terrible for your white daughter to admire an ethnically diverse heroine. We’ve got to nip that sort of thing in the bud. Because Trump, or something:

Recognize this: Moana is a really special character to young girls of Polynesian descent who have never seen a Disney Princess who looks like them, just like how Tiana from The Princess and the Frog likely resonated with young Black women who had waited decades to see themselves represented. White girls have plenty of princesses to choose from — there’s Belle, Ariel, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty … you get the idea. If your Caucasian son or daughter doesn’t get to be exactly what they wanted for Halloween, encourage them to take a step back and realize that they’re awash in privileges that the real Moanas and Tianas of the world will likely never see, because the world is full of racist assholes. And those assholes are becoming even more empowered. Our President is a hate group apologist who tries to ban refugees from seeking asylum in our country, simply because of their faith. Meanwhile, Black Americans continue to be killed by police, and antisemitic voices feel louder and more powerful than they have in decades. So what does this have to do with a seemingly innocent princess costume? Pretty much everything. It’s important to align with, and stand up for, people of color and minorities, and a key part of that is showing respect for their cultures.

Yes, a human with a brain actually wrote this.

So, here are the basic rules, according to the Left. If you are white and dress up as a hero who happens to be white, you are ethnocentric. This is racist. If you are male and you dress up as a female, this is sexist (unless you actually believe you are a female, in which case you are a female). If you are white and dress up as a hero or villain who happens not to be white, you are culturally appropriating. This is also racist. This leaves white people with just one costume choice this year: all white people must dress up as white villains. But wait: if you wear a costume that mocks a villain, you might be taking villainy too frivolously, and making light of the suffering of their victims. That could be racist or sexist. She Didn’t Know What She Signed up For

Congresswoman Frederica Wilson (R – FL) Photo: American Greatness

She didn’t know what she signed up for,
She does not understand it at all—
Why not use, for political ambush,
A Gold Star family’s condolence call?

She didn’t know what she signed up for,
When she launched her preemptive attack—
She’d assumed that the rules of engagement
Specified that no one could fight back.

She didn’t know what she signed up for,
She was ready to ground and to pound—
What’s a lady to do, if her target
Impolitely declines to lie down?

The Swamp Just Bounced Trump Into A European-Style Assault on Free Speech

Photo by Creative Creative Touch Imaging Ltd./NurPhoto via Getty Images

by Raheem Kassam

Many Americans don’t seem to appreciate as much as outside admirers do, that the United States is the only country in the world with a commitment to free speech enshrined in the nation’s Constitution. Many nations do not even have codified constitution of which to speak.

Which is why it is almost more egregious to the outsider than the American that such protections are under assault, not just on the streets of Berkeley or Charlottesville, but in your legislature — and soon in your Oval Office.

This afternoon, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders confirmed President Trump would “absolutely” be signing a resolution drafted by Republican and Democrat lawmakers “condemning” hatred.

“He and [Senator Tim Scott] talked about that and discussed that and agreed that that was the appropriate place to be,” Sanders said. “In terms of whether or not he’ll sign the joint resolution, absolutely, and he looks forward to doing so as soon as he receives it.”

But the resolution is manifestly a ruse — the first line of attack in a new wave of assaults against free speech in America.

Let’s examine what the motion, passed by both legislative chambers early this week, says. Read the rest of the article here

The preamble, in addition to expressing “support for the Charlottesville community,” demands of the President that he rejects “White nationalists, White supremacists, the Ku Klux Klan, neo-Nazis, and other hate groups” and urges him and his cabinet to “use all available resources to address the threats posed by those groups”.

From the outset this is disingenuous and troublesome.

The President has already disavowed these groups, including Neo Nazis and the KKK. Why are elected members, alongside the White House, wasting time virtue signaling over it?

Perhaps because it backs POTUS into a corner, especially when you consider many establishment media organizations call his former Chief Strategist Stephen K. Bannon — who has mocked and derided ethno-nationalists — a “white nationalist” or “white supremacist”. This week, ESPN even let one of its hosts off with no more than a slapped wrist for suggesting the President himself was a “white supremacist”.

So by whose definitions are we going? And what exactly does “use all available resources” mean?

The President and his cabinet ostensibly have all resources available to them. The U.S. military, trillions of dollars, three and a half years of power. To what is the President subscribing?

Whatever happened to the old line by Voltaire, “Think for yourselves and let others enjoy the privilege to do so too”, or as it was paraphrased by Evelyn Beatrice Hall writing under the pseudonym S.G. Tallentyre in Friends of Voltaire: “I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it”?

Personally, I believe sunlight is the best disinfectant for hateful beliefs. Read the rest of this article HERE.

Anatomy of a Smear: Before There Was Bork, There Was Sessions

sessions-borkby Charles Hurt  Nov. 21, 2016

It all began with Jeff Sessions from Alabama. Even before they coined a term for it — Borking — they did it to Jeff Sessions, a decent man with a stellar legal reputation as a fearless and tough but fair federal prosecutor down South.

In 1986, President Reagan nominated Jefferson Beauregard Sessions to the federal bench. The son of a general store keeper, Mr. Sessions was highly regarded for his intellect and devotion to the Constitution. The American Bar Association deemed him “qualified” for the post.

But then he came to Washington and met the United States Senate for confirmation hearings.

God help any good citizen whoever meets such a terrifying fate.

Sen. Edward M. Kennedy — 17 years removed from leaving Mary Jo Kopechne to die her watery death on Chappaquiddick Island — smelled injustice (bold emphasis, mine). Liberal special interest groups in Washington had hatched a plan for Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee to begin smearing Republican nominees to the federal bench.

And, like panting lapdogs after a grungy tennis ball, Democrats fetched with great enthusiasm.

Jefferson. Beauregard. Sessions. From Alabama with a soft Southern accent. Or was it “Secessions?” Must be a racist.

With only the flimsiest of accusations and innuendos from suspect testimony, Mr. Sessions was duly smeared in the worst way he could imagine. He was accused of harboring racist prejudices against blacks. He was willing to pervert justice and shred the Constitution in order to advance this twisted worldview. Opening Statement, July 9th, 2016

On Saturday’s Justice With Judge Jeanine, Judge Pirro Weighs in on the Dallas massacre of police officers, the president’s racist response and anarchy. Here is the full video and the complete transcript of her opening statement:

Americans got over the racial divide when we elected a black president not only once but twice. Americans overwhelmingly voted for the man blind to his color. His color made no difference to American voters. Long past the issue of race, voters long past the Civil War, long passed the civil rights era focused more on the content of the character than the color of the skin.

But this week’s shooting of 12 police officers and two civilians in Dallas is a reflection of a new deep division created by that very man. The shooting in Dallas was not just about racism; make no mistake that dirt bag shooter, who will remain nameless in this open, was a racist, an African-American, he wanted to kill only white people, especially white officers. And the shooting in Dallas wasn’t just about police brutality. I got news for you folks, police brutality is colorblind. It crosses all racial and ethnic lines. I know I prosecuted them and it wasn’t just about someone mentally ill. I’ve always found that stigma too easy an excuse for evil. And it wasn’t about guns either.

Dallas was about anarchy. It was about lawlessness, it was about rhetoric, the rhetoric that too easily inflames those who feel wronged, rhetoric that does nothing but repeatedly stoke the flames and scars of old wounds resolved long ago. At a time when Americans were both experiencing and fearing the reality of a Muslim jihad against us, our president, at a Prayer Breakfast no less, attempts to reconcile or explain murders in the name of Allah with this:

Video clip of Obama: “Unless we get on our high horse and think this is unique to some other place. Remember that during the Crusades, the Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ. In our home country, slavery and Jim Crow all too often was justified in the name of Christ.” End clip of Obama.

And after the shooting of 12 police officers, he seeks to again remind us, not of the situation of the twelve officers shot, the shooting and the injured and the trauma that surrounded it, but instead talks of the deaths of two African-Americans. A follow up that seems like another get off your high horse folks, it’s your turn.

Video clip of Obama: “Americans of all races in all backgrounds are also rightly saddened and angered, about the deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, and about the larger persistent problem of African-Americans and Latinos being treated differently in our criminal justice system.” End clip of Obama.

The problems of African-Americans and Latinos being treated differently in our criminal justice system. Every chance he gets he stokes the flame. Example: Trayvon Martin, followed by a not guilty verdict. And Ferguson’s Michael Brown, a thug who tried to grab a cop’s gun and got himself shot. There wasn’t even a grand jury indictment and not even federal charges against the police officer. But Ferguson was about anarchy, and anyone with a functioning brain would have to assume that for Michael Brown to grab a cop’s gun, suggests it wasn’t his first encounter with the law. Who told Brown that he and not the law should be in control? Yet the Department of Justice, and the Attorney General and high-end government officials all rushed to Ferguson, to his funeral as well.

And Baltimore, another training ground for anarchists, a perceived wrong, the response based on rhetoric of racial injustice and hate. That should be a violent protest? The response should be the burning of businesses many owned by African-Americans? And a DA who outrageously runs to a microphone and announces an indictment of six cops saying she hears the calls of a lawless mob? And again all the police painted as racists, yet no convictions. And it was an African-American judge made the calls. And in New York the chant: “What do we want? Dead cops. When do we want them? Now.” And then two cops innocently eating lunch in their squad car assassinated not long after. When we have leaders who vehemently support the First Amendment language and protest the call for the deaths of those who wear the badge, but then caution the rest of us not to say something that would offend another’s religion.

Video clip of Obama: “And if in fact we defend the legal right of a person to insult another’s religion, we’re equally obligated to use our free speech to condemn such insults, and stand shoulder to shoulder with religious communities, particularly religious minorities who are targets of such attacks.” End clip of Obama.

And our president upon hearing of the assassination of five police officers, all white, and the shooting of another seven officers, wants to talk about a white kid walking into a black church shooting. Why Mr. President, are you even bringing this up? It’s the same thing you did at the prayer breakfast. After an American has his head cut off, you want to talk about the Crusades. It’s as if it’s your turn. Mr. President you have done nothing but tell us we deserve it. You have done nothing but look back in the rearview mirror, but when i look at Dallas, all I saw were whites and blacks running away from anarchy. All I saw were whites and blacks picking each other up. That’s the America I see and no one is going to change my mind. And no one, not even you Mr. President is going to do that.

And that’s my open. Tell me what you think on Facebook or Twitter, hashtag JudgeJeanine.
