An Epidemic of Erasures, Redactions, Omissions, and Perjuries

by Victor Davis Hanson:

Imagine the following: The IRS sends you, John Q. Citizen, a letter alleging you have not complied with U.S. tax law. In the next paragraph, the tax agency then informs you that it needs a series of personal and business documents. Indeed, it will be sending agents out to discuss your dilemma and collect the necessary records.

But when the IRS agents arrive, you explain to them that you cannot find about 50 percent of the documents requested, and have no idea whether they even exist. You sigh that both hard copies of pertinent information have unfortunately disappeared and hard drives were mysteriously lost.

You nonchalantly add that you smashed your phone, tablet, and computer with a hammer. You volunteer that, of those documents you do have, you had to cut out, blacken or render unreadable about 30 percent of the contents. After all, you have judged that the redacted material either pertains to superfluous and personal matters such as weddings and yoga, or is of such a sensitive nature that its release would endanger your company or business or perhaps even the country at large.

You also keep silent that you have a number of pertinent documents locked up in a safe hidden in your attic unknown to the IRS. Let them find it, you muse. And when the agents question your unilateral decisions over hours of interrogatories, you remark to them on 245 occasions that you have no memory of your acts—or you simply do not have an answer for them.

In some instances, you state things that are not true, cannot be true by any stretch of the imagination, and contradict things you have said in the past—and you make it clear that you don’t think much of such inconsistencies. When pressed with contradictory evidence, you nonchalantly reply that you gave the “least untruthful” answer.

What would happen to you, a typical American citizen, should you follow this current Washington model of erasing, redacting, omitting, forgetting, and lying? Read the rest of this article at americangreatness.com.

House Releases Transcript Of Comey’s Closed-Door Interview; “I Don’t Remember Used 71 Times”

Saturday afternoon, the House Judiciary Committee published and released a full transcript of former FBI Director James Comey’s Closed door testimony.

According to Fox News, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., and House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy, R-SC, published the 235-page transcript as a part of an agreement with Comey.

At first the Former FBI Director challenged the subpoena to appear before the committee and instead pushed for a public hearing.

Lawmakers were frustrated with Comey’s lack of specifics.  A statement issued by Chairman Gowdy’s Office indicated Comey answered “I don’t remember” 71 times, “I don’t know” 166 times and “I don’t recall” eight times. Read the rest of this article at ilovemyfreedom.org.

President Trump Shares Image of Political Opponents Behind Bars

On Wednesday morning, President Trump shared an image on his Twitter account containing several of his political opponents behind bars and questioning why they are not under investigation for “treason.”

The image, which was retweeted from a pro-Trump Twitter account, depicts many of those he has criticized in the past. Among those included were former President Barack Obama, 2016 presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, special counsel Robert Mueller, former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, former President Bill Clinton, and former FBI Director James Comey. Judge Jeanine – The Deep State Hard at Work

On Saturday’s Justice With Judge Jeanine, Judge Pirro talks about her disappointment with the just released Inspector General’s report on the actions (and the inactions) of the Department of Justice. Here is the full video and a partial transcript of her opening statement:

Partial transcript: I’m a believer. I believe in the system, and I believe in justice. I dedicated more than 30 years
to the criminal justice system and the assignment of blame.

Tonight I’m not angry. I’m just dumbfounded, disheartened and disappointed. Over the long awaited, often delayed Inspector General’s report on the actions of the Department of Justice and the FBI, in the handling of the Hillary Clinton email Investigation. The report’s conclusion, 568 Pages later, FBI director James Comey was insubordinate. There were a few mistakes and errors in judgment. And although there was some bias, there was no evidence of bias in the handling of the email investigation. This report mimics Comey’s conclusions in the email case itself. Both the Inspector General and Comey make out a provable case, and then conclude there IS no case.

Nothing changes. The Deep State hard at work. I don’t know about you, but I’m so tired of lessons learned. They say Comey deviated from the rules. Deviated from the rules? Comey and his FBI cabal fixed a case. Hillary not indicted for her crimes, yet an effort to frame Donald trump for no crime. And no bias in the conclusion? Because someone said yes, I was biased, or said simply “I am not biased?” That’s it? Every day in this country murder cases are tried where there is no admission of guilt, and only denials. And yet jurors decide the accused’s intentions based on what they say, what they do what they don’t do. Determining something one’s intent is not that difficult. Intent can be determined like this: Take a look at these texts. “We’ll stop him from being president.” “It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die when you are 40.” “Hillary should win 100 million o zero.” “America will get what the public deserves.” And let’s add a new one folks, from an FBI lawyer.” Vive la resistance. Gee, isn’t that Obama and Hillary’s mantra?

You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to understand those statements. They not only indicate a biased, hateful state of mind, they imply unequivocally, a willingness to take official action to impact the election. How do you pledge resistance against the president while you are investigating him? And the Inspector General says there’s no evidence of improper consideration impacting the investigation.

Comey didn’t just deviate from well established practices, he didn’t even do an investigation. He covered for it, by having the same people handle the Hillary case and the Trump frame-up. Folks, it doesn’t happen that way. This case is not about mistakes or errors in judgment. It’s about a Deep State trying to drag a truck across the presidential finish line and trying to destroy the man Americans wanted in the Oval Office.

James Comey Confronted by Laura Loomer on First Day of Book Tour

On the first day of disgraced former FBI DirectorJames Comey’s “A Higher Loyalty” book tour at Barnes and Noble in New York City, Conservative journalist Laura Loomer DESTROYED Comey with a list of questions about some of the former FBI Director’s unethical behavior.

When asked whether or not it was “ethical leadership” to brief President Donald Trump about the unverifiable and salacious Steele dossier that was funded by Hillary Clinton and her associates, Comey was dumbfounded and Loomer was promptly shouted down by the audience and escorted out by security.

Judge Jeanine Pirro Blasts ‘Pompous, Egotistical, Patronizing Liar’ Jim Comey

.
.
On Saturday’s Justice With Judge Jeanine, Judge Pirro talks about former FBI director’s new book, and more importantly, the man himself:

Now why would you believe a guy with a history replete with lies dishonesty and contradictions? We’ll find out Tuesday when disgraced former FBI director James Comey’s book, A higher Loyalty, Truth, Lies and Leadership, hits the stands.

Truth, lies and leadership? Really? Talk about an oxymoron. Jim you’re the ultimate liar. You lied on multiple occasions to multiple people including Congress under oath and that’s a crime. Truth? You refused to follow the law causing both Republicans and Democrats to call for your head. And leadership? You violated the rules of your own agency by leaking classified information to a friend to leak to the New York Times. You went along with Loretta Lynch’s false narrative, that Hilary’s case was a matter, not an investigation. And folks, get ready for a knife fight between Jim Comey and Loretta Lynch on both that as well as that tarmac charade.

Jim you’ve repeatedly proven your inability to run the FBI in a non-political way. You’ve stayed silent as the New York Times retracted the story that Hillary’s FBI review was a security referral and not a criminal referral as if the FBI is a security company installing locks and peephole’s. You say the President is unethical, while you turned a well-respected agency into a haven of organized criminal conspirators at the top echelon. Your book, Jim isn’t about leadership, it’s about butt-kissing, like when you were struck by the way Barack Obama could see and evaluate a variety of angles and complicated issues, his insight and ability to connect with an audience. Yeah, right Jim. Barack’s really bright. Like when he bragged about traveling to all 57 states. the guy’s running for president and he thinks there were 57 states…

…You’re a pompous, egotistical, patronizing, condescending, holier-than-thou political operative trying to redeem your reputation and cash in on lies, which is the opposite of truth and leadership your book is about. A higher loyalty to none other than you, yourself. And that’s my open

Former Independent Counsel Slams ‘Brazen and Blatant Political’ Investigation of President Trump

by Daniel J. Flynn6 Dec 2017338

A former independent counsel laments the “arrogance” of special counsel Robert Mueller in stacking his legal team investigating the president with partisans in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News.

Strzok earned his dismissal from Mueller’s team after the special counsel learned of anti-Trump text messages the FBI agent sent to an alleged paramour.

Strzok allegedly played a major role in changing the language in James Comey’s report on Hillary Clinton’s server from describing her as “grossly negligent” to “extremely careless,” a significant alteration given the former phrase approximating the language in the law possibly catalyzing an indictment. Later, according to CNN, he signed the document launching the investigation into alleged interference by the Russians in the 2016 presidential election and personally questioned former Trump administration national security advisor Michael Flynn. In other words, a politically-biased investigator played leading roles in two of the most politically-charged cases in recent times.

Mueller dismissed Strzok from his investigation. But he still holds a position at the FBI.

“He didn’t get fired,” diGenova points out. “He just got demoted.”

DiGenova faults Mueller for stacking his team with other partisans when the situation called for compiling a group of professionals without the appearance of an agenda beyond the law. When diGenova served as independent counsel in the early 1990s, he notes that professionalism rather than partisanship motivated his hiring practices. Read the rest at breitbart.com.

Judge Jeanine on the REAL Russian Collusion

In her opening statement on Saturday’s Justice With Judge Jeanine, the judge called for failed presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton to be jailed over the new revelations of her involvement in the now infamous Trump/Russia Dossier. Collusion, collusion. Here’s some collusion (alleged, of course) folks:

REMINDER: Judge Jeanine will be the keynote speaker at the Alachua County Republican Party’s Black Tie and Blue Jeans BBQ on November 9th. Please see the link at the end of this post for more information. Tickets are still available – Don’t miss it!

It’s time folks, it’s time to shut it down, turn the tables and lock her up. That’s what I said, I actually said it, lock her up. The house of cards upon which the Obamas and the Clintons built the Trump Russia connection, collapsed yesterday when it was disclosed that the Clinton campaign and the DNC paid 12 million dollars for a dossier to connect Donald Trump to Russia.

To circumvent federal election laws, the campaign paid a law firm, who then paid a research firm, who then paid a former British spy to get dirt on Donald Trump through Kremlin connected Russians. So why is this important? Now the FBI had previously worked with this Christopher Steele who was a British spy and under director James Comey they paid him an additional $50,000 to continue with the research. Now this dossier was used not only to smear the president, it was used to create a special counsel. It was the basis for congressional hearings, the reason for wall-to-wall anti President Trump coverage. But in addition to that, the dossier was used as a predicate for further investigation, wiretaps, unmasking and FISA warrants. And if it was, then whatever was developed as a result is classic fruit of the poisonous tree, illegal and unusable.

Folks, this has been a charade, a wag the dog, where you make up a crime, you accuse the other side of the crime, you call in your friends to prosecute the crime, as your friends collect the cash involved in the very deal making that is the essence of the crime itself. The last week, I told you in 2010 the Obama administration approved the sale of one-fifth of our uranium to Russia. As early as 2009, the FBI and the Department of Justice, we’re investigating Russian extortion and bribery efforts to access our uranium.

And yet the Obama administration, through its Committee for foreign investment, CFIUS, approves the sale. On that committee, Hillary Clinton, whose husband got a half a million dollars. Hillary Clinton’s foundation got a hundred and fifty million dollars. Eric Holder, whose Justice Department quietly disposed of that international racketeering case that was the genesis, to access the uranium. Along with seven other Obama appointees, virtually every one of them had connections to the Clinton Foundation. And when the Republican congressman questioned why would the United States be selling uranium, or approving the sale that is used to create nuclear weapons to our enemy, the Republican Congressmen were shut down, basically saying don’t worry about it.

Starting Monday this has to happen: Special counsel and former FBI director Robert Mueller must be fired immediately. His role as head of the FBI during the uranium deal, and the Russian

extortion case, his friendship with Jim Comey demand his firing. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein must be fired immediately. His appointment of his pal Bob Mueller, who he knew was head of the FBI at the time of the uranium deal, as well as the underlying case itself, must go, while he, Rod Rosenstein oversaw the prosecution of the underlying extortion case. And Rosenstein’s sanctimonious recommendation that Jeff Sessions recuse himself are grounds enough for him to go.

The special counsel’s office must be shut down. This is nothing more than a cabal of individuals relying on false evidence to impeach Donald Trump. If there are any charges voted by a grand jury, which we hear there are, that will be disclosed on Monday, the Department of Justice can take over. Jeff Sessions must appoint someone to investigate the uranium deal.

The sale of uranium to Russia, who was assisting at that time Iran, in Iran’s nuclear development, has put our national security in jeopardy. A 2010 case, this is long before Donald Trump ever got into the presidential race. And if he doesn’t do it. it’s time for Sessions to go. I’ve heard enough of this: “I’m not going after the emails, I’m not going after Lois Lerner, I’m not going after Loretta Lynch.” And I don’t care how many of his swamp pals walk out. Enough of this one hand washes the other establishment nonsense.

Jim Comey, he needs to be the target of a federal criminal investigation for his role in the Hillary Clinton email scandal. Writing an exoneration before witnesses were questioned, stepping out of his lane to announce a decision over which he had absolutely no jurisdiction. How much classified information was on his laptop, that he leaked to his sources, to then leak to the New York Times?

And Debbie Wasserman Schultz, for lying to Congress about not knowing about the money from the DNC for the Trump dossier? Why did she keep a Pakistani and his family with limited IT experience, dressed down a Capitol police chief for questioning that now defendant charged with bank fraud and conspiracy and moving moneys out of this country, and for interrupting the democratic process in a presidential election race, steering the nomination for Bernie Sanders to her girlfriend Hillary? And John Podesta, lying to Congress.

Andrew McCabe, Deputy Director of the FBI must go. His wife a congressional candidate running with Hillary in 2016, receives $765,000 which unused monies leftover from the campaign she’s allowed to pocket which she got from Terrence McAuliffe one of five directors of the Clinton Foundation. You seeing a pattern here folks? Is this how the dossier that the Clintons paid for got to the FBI? That they then continued to pay for?

And finally everyone on CFIUS, who’s connected to that Clinton Foundation, and voted to approve the sale of our uranium to Russia, they need to be put under oath. What monies did they receive in return for their activities with the foundation? The better part of the last year, this nation has been fractured as Clinton, Obama the Democrats, sanctimonious Adam Schiff arrogantly and indignantly accusing Donald Trump and his family of colluding with the Russians. The whole time, they were the ones lying, they were the ones making it up, they were the ones cutting the deals and collecting the cash.

They knew it was a lie, they wrote the lie, they bought the lie and they paid for the lie. And we’re the fools that followed them down the path. This isn’t about one defendant, one criminal or one president. This is about our democracy, it’s about law and order, it’s about the Republic. And it’s time for the Republicans to step up to the plate, to man up and do their job, or get the hell out.

And that’s my open. Tell me what you think on my Facebook page, Twitter and on Instagram, hashtag, judge Jeanine.
