On her Saturday night Fox News program Judge Jeanine commends President Trump for the restraint he showed by not attacking Iran after they shot down our unmanned aircraft (drone) this week.
“If you openly support BDS in Florida, you’re dead, politically.”
That was Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s conclusion from the surprisingly large role the issue of the antisemitic “boycott, divestment and sanctions” (BDS) campaign against Israel played in his close race against Tallahassee mayor Andrew Gillum in Floridan’s gubernatorial election last November.
DeSantis edged out the hardcore progressive Democrat by a mere 0.4 percent, or 32,000 votes.
DeSantis made the remark during the course of his official visit to Israel last week. He led a massive trade mission of Florida business leaders, cabinet secretaries, and university presidents on a five-day trip to the Jewish state. During the course of the mission, Florida universities signed collaboration agreements with Israeli universities spanning a vast spectrum of undertakings from water purification to space research.
The mission merged the twin goals of increasing Florida-Israel economic, academic and commercial ties; and fighting anti-Semitism generally, and the BDS campaign against Israel specifically. Its success was a stunning expression of DeSantis’s state government’s friendship with Israel. It also placed the sharp contrast between progressive Democrats — like his opponent, Gillum — and DeSantis in stark relief. Read the rest HERE.

Israeli Ambassador Slams New York Times: ‘Cesspool of Hostility to Israel,’ ‘Safe Space for Those Who Hate the Jewish State’
“We have… seen one of the world’s most prestigious newspapers become a cesspool of hostility towards Israel that goes well beyond any legitimate criticism of a fellow, imperfect democracy,” Ron Dermer said in his Monday speech honoring Holocaust Remembrance Day, according to the Times of Israel.
“The same New York Times that a century ago mostly hid from their readers the Holocaust of the Jewish people has today made its pages a safe space for those who hate the Jewish state,” Dermer added. “Through biased coverage, slanderous columns and anti-Semitic cartoons, its editors shamefully choose week after week to cast the Jewish state as a force for evil.”
The Times has come under serious criticism since it published an antisemitic cartoon last week. It later retracted the cartoon and, after initially not apologizing in the wake of the retraction, it later apologized–a full day after the initial retraction. A second anti-Israel cartoon published on Saturday similarly came under scrutiny on Monday, as several top Jewish community leaders have blasted it and demanded another retraction and apology. Nazi collaborator George Soros, who described his work confiscating property from the Jews as “the happiest days of my life,” is a hero of the antisemitic left. And now he doesn’t target only Israel, funding “Palestinianism,” the boycott of Israel, and anti-Israel groups. He is on a quest for the destruction of America and individual freedom. Not only a Nazi collaborator, but also a woman-beater, George Soros has financed election rigging, the hijrah into Europe, Antifa, quislings in the EU, open borders, mass migration, anti-Americanism, funding jihad murderers’ legal expenses, anti-Trump groups, violent Berkeley rioters, et al — every evil group and cause has some element of Soros funding.
Behind every dark, ugly global scheme, he lurks — like Dracula — waiting to pounce on the good, the decent and the free. Read the rest of this article at gellerreport.com.

No violence in the West Bank. No violence in Jordan. No protests in the Arab Street. Only Hamas. Only a terrorist group that urged its militants to attack Israel. Terrorists who refuse to recognize Israel’s right to exist. And this is how the NYT covers it. Shame. pic.twitter.com/5UFHiPP8va

President Donald Trump is certainly no stranger to “resistance” of all kinds, and his team of go-getters has been prepared from the beginning for this struggle.
From the moment that Donald Trump emerged from the 2016 presidential contest as President Elect, there has been an overwhelming opposition to his every move ingrained in a number of highfalutin political figures, as well as the general liberal populace of much of the world. Trump knew that coming into the White House, and understood that his actions would need to be swift and stern in order to prove the doubters wrong.
In one of his most incredible decisions to date, the President moved to relocate the U.S. embassy to Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, an enormous decision that not only bolstered our nation’s relationship with Ally Numero Uno, but also irked a number of anti-American interests abroad. (That’s called a win-win in Trump’s language).

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wasted no time expressing his appreciation: “Thank You ambassador Haley. On Hanukkah you spoke like a Maccabee*. You lit a candle of truth you dispelled the darkness. One defeated the many, truth defeated lies. Thank You President Trump, thank You Nikki Haley.”
*The Maccabees were the members of the Hasmonean family of Jewish leaders and rulers comprising the sons of Mattathias and their descendants and reigning in Judea from 167? to 37 b.c., especially Judas Maccabaeus and his brothers, who defeated the Syrians under Antiochus IV in 165? and rededicated the Temple in Jerusalem.

Jerusalem has been Israel’s capital city since its founding in 1948, but most countries have deferred moving the embassy there because the original UN partition plan for the British Mandate proposed Jerusalem as a city under international sovereignty.
Jordan, the Palestinians, and all surrounding Arab nations rejected the UN plan, and the Jordanian army took over the eastern half of Jerusalem in 1948, expelling the Jewish inhabitants of the Old City, where Jews had lived for several millennia.
With that part of the UN plan effectively rejected by Jordan and the Arab world, Israel established its capital in western Jerusalem. Though Palestinians, in theory, claim all of Jerusalem for themselves, the part of Jerusalem west of the 1949 armistice line (the “1967 lines,” or the “Green Line”) will unquestionably remain part of Israel in any peace agreement. The Los Angeles Times paid a visit to Donald Trump’s Southern California headquarters in Long Beach on Monday and was stunned by the diversity of volunteers who are committed to seeing him win the Golden State and the presidency.
“It was as if the whole thing had been staged, in Cambodia Town, no less, to belie the notion that Trump’s appeal is largely limited to older white males,” the Times‘s Steve Lopez wrote. In Long Beach, one of America’s most diverse cities, that same diversity was reflected in Trump’s supporters at his Southern California headquarters.
Lopez spoke with a woman and millennials of Filipino descent, a Mexican-American, and a Jewish man, and saw the “names of volunteers from the African-American, Hispanic and Asian communities” written on blackboards adorning the names of volunteers. He noted that “two middle-aged white people [also] joined the party.”
Trump’s grand opening for his headquarters took place this past Saturday, and Breitbart News was there to cover it. As Lopez was told, there were hundreds of people there over the course of the opening; many of them were able to enjoy a performance that was put on by dancers from the Khmer Arts Cultural Center, known as a traditional Cambodian “blessing dance;” something Lopez wrote he would have paid to see.
Lopez wrote that an unnamed Mexican-American Trump volunteer told him that “there are too many illegals here… and they dirty the place up and they take jobs and do things hey shouldn’t.” Lopez noted that once he found out he was with the Times, the man said “the only thing the Times is any good for is to wrap fish in it,” before walking away (Bold type: mine).
