Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher Found Not Guilty of Killing ISIS Fighter

Justice for Eddie

by Kristina Wong

A military jury has found Navy SEAL Chief Eddie Gallagher not guilty on almost all counts, including the killing of a wounded ISIS fighter.

He was only found guilty on one count related to taking a photo of the ISIS fighter’s corpse, which carries a maximum sentence of four months, sources told Breitbart News.

As Gallagher has served nine months in pre-trial confinement, it is likely he will not serve any time in jail at all, sources said.

There were five enlisted Marines and two sailors on the jury, including one Navy SEAL.

The verdict was publicly announced by former New York Police Department Commissioner Bernie Kerik, who served on Gallagher’s defense team as an adviser:

Gallagher was accused by a small group of junior SEALs he led during a deployment to Mosul, Iraq, in 2017 of stabbing a wounded 17-year-old ISIS fighter.

The verdict marks a victory for those who championed Gallagher’s innocence, including President Trump, who had called for Gallagher to be moved to less restrictive confinement so that he could better fight for his freedom: Read the rest HERE.

Judge Jeanine: Mr. President, Stop Blaming Guns and Start Shooting Terrorists

Published on Jan 3, 2016

In her opening statement on Justice, Judge Jeanine Pirro criticized President Obama for going on an “anti-Second Amendment crusade” while the nation is under threat from terrorist groups. Here’s the video and the transcript:

Hello and welcome to justice. I’m Judge Jeanine Pirro. Happy New Year and thanks for being with us tonight. As we venture into 2016 the most dangerous threat to Americans is President Obama’s intent to use his presidential action to once again usurp congressional powers and circumvent the Constitution by thinking up new actions this Monday with his attorney general.

Translation: Together they will chip away at our Second Amendment gun rights. And let’s not kid each other. If history is our guide, whenever this president says one thing, we know to believe another. Whenever he does something that makes no sense, we ultimately pay for it.

Example number one: Not to worry, ISIS is a JV team. He would contain them until he decided that he would dismantle them, all the while admitting he had no strategy to do either. The reality today, ISIS is the largest, strongest most well funded terrorist organization the world has ever seen, with not only social media savvy, but with satellites above the Muslim world.

Example number two: al-Qaeda’s on its knees. We’ve defeated the Taliban sufficient to bring our troops home. Now maybe I missed something, but apparently there’s been a resurrection.

The reality: al-Qaeda is far from on its knees developing training camps all over Africa and Afghanistan and the Taliban, back in Afghanistan on the brink of controlling it again. So looking back at 2015, when ISIS succeeded in the slaughter of innocents in Paris and ISIS inspired militants succeeded in the slaughter of innocents in San Bernardino California, it’s no wonder more Americans believe the terrorists are winning the war against terror. It’s no wonder sixty-four percent of Americans disapprove of Obama’s approach ISIS.

So where does this leave you? Up a creek, not just without a paddle, but without a gun as well. At a time when we face the biggest threat we have ever been confronted with, our commander-in-chief, is on an anti Second Amendment crusade to take away our guns. Now in the aftermath of Sandy Hook the president took twenty three executive actions – Didn’t stop a thing. California with some of the strictest gun-control laws in the country, didn’t stop thing in San Bernardino. And in France where gone laws are among the most restrictive in the world, innocents were slaughtered like lambs. Mr. President, the issue is terrorism, not mass shootings. And yet, because of a political agenda, you refused to confront the biggest danger that we face. Instead of blaming guns, why don’t just start shooting terrorists. Now maybe you don’t have time to focus on this because you’re too busy emptying Guantanamo and trading deserters for Taliban generals. And as a result of your dilly-dallying in the leftist political ideology, you should be focusing on protecting us and letting us defend ourselves. The police cannot do it all.

And that’s my open. Tell me what you think on my Facebook page or Twitter #JudgeJeanine.

Syrian “Refugees” – Ted Cruz’s Nov. 17th Interview with CNN’s Dana Bash

CNN’s Dana Bash interviews Texas Republican senator, Ted Cruz on the Syrian refugee issue. She tried to equate the Syrian refugees coming to the US with his father’s fleeing the Castro regime many years ago. The senator would have none of it and showed that Ms. Bash that she was way out of her league. Here’s the video and the transcript:

Michaela Pereira: Republican Presidential candidate Ted Cruz is defending himself against harsh criticism from President Obama for suggesting a religious test for Syrian refugees before they can settle in the U.S. Cruz responding with strong words of his own. Dana Bash has been watching all of this back and forth you spoke with Ted Cruz you’re in Charleston South Carolina this morning, Dana.

Dana Bash: That’s right, good morning. Look, when you are running for the Republican presidential nomination and you are attacked and in a not so veiled way by the President of the United States while he is abroad, it’s not necessarily a bad thing. Senator, President Obama called you out when he was speaking in Turkey and he said it was shameful for saying that there should be effectively religious test for refugees especially since you come from a family where there was political persecution and your family benefited from the policies of America allowing refugees in.

Ted Cruz: Well you know, look it’s not surprising that President Obama’s attacking me personally. I’ll tell you what shameful and it is that we have a president who after seven years still refuses to utter the words radical Islamic terrorism. What Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are proposing, is that we bring to this country tens of thousands of Syrian Muslim refugees. I have to say particularly in light of what happened in Paris, that’s nothing short of lunacy.

Dana Bash: What would have happened if your father was trying to get from Cuba to the United States and the political leaders here said nope, we don’t think so because who knows maybe you could be somebody who could commit crimes against America.

Ted Cruz: You see, that’s why it’s important to define what it is we’re fighting. If my father were part of a theocratic and political movement like radical Islamism, that promotes murdering anyone who doesn’t share your extreme faith or forcibly converting them, then it would make perfect sense.

Dana Bash: OK, but what about Muslims who are victims of the radical Islamic terrorists who you know are taking their religion and are hijacking it? What about protecting those people?

Ted Cruz: There is no doubt that millions of people are suffering from the rise of radical Islamic terrorism; Christians are suffering, Jews are suffering and other Muslims are suffering.

Dana Bash: Are you saying that Muslims shouldn’t be allowed in the U.S?

Ted Cruz: What I’m saying is Syrian Muslim refugees should be resettled in the in the Middle East in majority Muslim countries.

Dana Bash: You wanted to, and want to continue to arm the Kurds and increase military strikes along with coalition partners. Is that enough?

Ted Cruz: Well, we need to start with a president that sets out a clear objective. We need a commander-in-chief who says we will defeat

Dana Bash (interrupting): But if you were commander-in-chief right now what would be your clear objective?

Ted Cruz: As commander-in-chief, but if I were commander-in-chief or if I’m elected president, as commander-in-chief I will say we will defeat radical Islamic terrorism. President Obama’s launching between 15 and 30 airstrikes a day. I’ve described this as photo-op foreign policy. Actually you’ll like this what I’ve said is they’re launching bombs for CNN’s credit to show on TV, but not actually designed to take out ISIS. We need to use overwhelming airpower.

Dana Bash: What about American boots on the ground in Syria?

Ted Cruz: You know I think they’re far too many politicians when it comes to boots on the ground that are eager just to commit to boots on the ground to show how tough they are. I think the objective should be destroying Isis and the question of the military tactics and strategy should be driven heavily by the expert judgment of our commanders and generals and admirals. I’ve met with a great many both active duty commanders and also retired commanders and I believe that overwhelming air power plus arming the Kurds is sufficient to take out Isis. Now it may well take some embedded special forces to direct some of some of that airpower, but I don’t think you should have politicians basically playing Risk and saying I want to send in so many troops to show how tough I am. That’s not how we should make these decisions.

Dana Bash: Some of your competitors have said the best thing to do right now is to invoke Article Five of NATO, to convene NATO allies and deal with it as an act of war on the coalition do you agree with that?

Ted Cruz: Listen, NATO may well go down that road. You know President Obama recently said: “We don’t need American leadership, we don’t need to talk about America winning.” What utter nonsense. Look, that sentence sums up everything that is wrong with the Obama/Clinton foreign policy.

Dana Bash: And as Senator Cruz told me that this week he is going back to the Capitol, back to the Senate and he is going to introduce legislation that will ban all Syrian Muslim refugees from this country.

At Least 27 Governors Say NO to Syrian Refugees

UPDATE: 29 Governors Now Want Obama To Halt Refugee Program

Starnes: Is ‘Dixie’ Really Racially Offensive?

The word “Dixie” is racially offensive?  Really? I was raised in North Carolina from my high school years on and I happen to find that notion offensive.  Do the Progressives want to put duct tape over the mouths of all who do not agree with them 100 percent?  Yes!

From FoxNews:  Cultural progressives in Winston-Salem, North Carolina want to change the name of the Dixie Classic Fair.

They say the word “Dixie” is offensive.

Councilman James Taylor told FOX8 that some folks find the word “offensive” and some folks are “angry” with the name. He said that as a progressive city – they need a name that “everyone can appreciate.”

The fair is just the latest victim of a cultural cleansing of the Southern States by angry liberals wound up tighter than a pair of Daisy Dukes.

They’re trying to dig up a dead Confederate general in Memphis. They want to sand blast Robert E. Lee’s face off the side of Stone Mountain, Georgia. And Lord only knows what they want to do with Aunt Jemima and Uncle Ben.

The Dixie Classic Fair has been around since the 1950s – and nobody around town seems to be all that irate – according to FOX8. They said their reporters could not find a single person who took offense at the name. Read more at

NYT Faux-Conservative Praises Scandal-Free Obama

WASHINGTON – Real Clear Politics describes David Brooks as the “conservative New York Times opinion writer.”

This is what Brooks said on Friday on “PBS NewsHour”:

“President Obama has run an amazingly scandal-free administration, not only he, himself, but the people around him. He’s chosen people who have been pretty scandal-free.”

Reaction was fast and furious from someone widely regarded as a bona-fide conservative.

Referring to Benghazi, former Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., told WND, “Apparently, dead Americans don’t count. Apparently, the senseless killing of four innocent Americans, due to Secretary Clinton’s negligent incompetence was no scandal.”

An armed man stands near the burning U.S. special mission in Benghazi Sept. 11, 2012

She added, “Nor was the Obama administration spying on U.S. journalists, the IRS denying tax status to conservatives, the DOJ targeting Obama political opponents, the VA delaying and denying care to veterans, or putting dangerous weapons in the hands of terrorists.”

Bachmann also put the remarks it in the context of presidential politics.

“That David Brooks and the leftist mouthpiece New York Times see none of these as scandals indicates the high bar a conservative candidate for president will have trying to get a message of truth to the American people in the 2016 election. Spinmeisters like Brock and the Times continually tell us, ‘The emperor has clothes!’”

Sitting GOP lawmakers appeared reluctant to comment, but one well-placed Capitol Hill source did quip, “It would be fun to spend a day in David Brooks’ imaginary world.”

And former Rep. Steve Stockman, R-Texas, told WND, “Obviously, he meant to say this to (the satirical website) The Onion. As well as, ‘I’m a size 2 and off to ballet class.’”

On a somewhat more serious note, the Texan added, “If I listed all of the scandals involving this administration, you wouldn’t have room for an article.”

Indeed, a survey reveals the Obama administration, in fact, appears to have far more scandals than any other in U.S. history.

WND counted more than three-dozen scandals, many of which are considered impeachable offenses by constitutional scholars and numerous lawmakers.

  • Obamacare
  • IRS
  • Benghazi
  • Supplying ISIS
  • Blaming the video
  • Libya
  • Veterans Administration

New O’Keefe Video: Cornell Dean Advises on Starting ISIS Club

Joseph Scaffido, Assistant Dean at Cornell University, is captured on hidden camera advising a Project Veritas investigative journalist on how to start and fund a pro-ISIS club on campus, how to obtain funding to send care packages to ISIS and Hamas, and astonishingly, how to bring a member of ISIS to Cornell to run a “training camp.”
