FBI Failed to Document Four Clinton Witness Interviews. Barr Should Reopen Clinton Probe.

By Sarah Carter

The FBI failed to document at least four interviews of witnesses in the bureau’s investigation into former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server to send classified emails, according to documents obtained by the government watchdog Judicial Watch.

Judicial Watch also discovered among the 218 pages of emails between former FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok and his paramour former FBI Attorney Lisa Page that then FBI General Counsel James Baker had instructed “FBI officials to expedite the release of FBI investigative material to Hillary Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall in August 2016. Kendall and the FBI’s top lawyer discussed specifically quickly obtaining the “302” report of the FBI/DOJ interview of Mrs. Clinton.”

These findings are significant, as they come at a crucial time when the Department of Justice under Attorney General William Barr is investigating the bureau’s handling of both the Clinton probe and the investigation into the origination of the bureau’s investigation into President Donald Trump’s campaign alleged – now debunked – ties to Russia. As the Members of the Deep State Turn on Each Other, Mark Levin Talks Comey Antics, Bias in Mainstream Media

From Saturday night’s Fox News program, Watters World:

.

…Attorney General Bill Barr appointing top federal prosecutor John Durham to dig into the origins of the Russia collusion hoax and to determine if spying on the trump campaign was politically motivated. This has totally boomeranged on the deep state, and the main players are starting to turn against each other. The Obama state department blaming the FBI. Brennan blaming Comey. And Comey and Rosenstein are apparently trading blows…

Treason: Docs PROVE Deep State hacks Obama, Comey, Brennan, and Clapper aided Russian efforts to divide Americans with ‘Spygate’

Maybe it’s not coincidental that former president Barack Obama is in the center of this montage.

By Jon Dougherty

Treason is not a word that anyone should use lightly, but based on recent revelations regarding the “Spygate” operation aimed at undermining Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and his presidency, it is a term that seems very fitting to describe acts and actions taken by several Obama-era officials, including the former president himself.

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines treason as, “the offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or personally injure the sovereign or the sovereign’s family.” Also, “the betrayal of a trust; treachery.”

More importantly, “18 U.S. Code § 2381 – Treason” says: “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason…”

With these definitions in mind, consider the case against former FBI Director James Comey; former CIA Director John Brennan; former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former President Obama; former FBI counterintelligence official Peter Strzok, former FBI lawyer Lisa Page; former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe; former Attorney General Loretta Lynch; two-time presidential loser Hillary Clinton; and anyone else involved in fabricating evidence against POTUS Trump that he “colluded with Russia” to ‘steal’ the 2016 election. Deep State Blame Game: Comey, Clapper, Brennan Spar over Who Pushed ‘Pee’ Dossier as Credible Intel – Round 1: Comey Made Paper Trail Pointing to Brennan

Riccardo Savi/Sipa/AP

by Aaron Klein

Disgraced ex-FBI Director James Comey, former CIA Director turned anti-Trump activist John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence and Trump critic James Clapper are the subjects of a dispute over which top Obama administration officials advocated for the infamous Steele dossier to be utilized as evidence in the Russia collusion investigation.

The argument erupted into the open with a Brennan surrogate being quoted in the news media opposing Comey not long after Attorney General William Barr appointed a U.S. attorney to investigate the origins of the Russia collusion claims.

The fiasco was kicked into high gear after Fox News cited “sources familiar with the records” pointing to an email chain from late-2016 showing Comey allegedly telling FBI employees that it was Brennan who insisted that the anti-Trump dossier be included in a January 6, 2017 U.S. Intelligence Community report, known as the ICA, assessing Russian interference efforts.

A former CIA official, clearly defending Brennan, shot back at the assertion, instead claiming that it was Brennan and Clapper who opposed a purported push by Comey to include the dossier charges in the ICA. Read the rest of this article HERE.

William Barr Appoints US Attorney to Look into Origins of FBI Probe

Bob Child/Associated Press

Attorney General William Barr has assigned the United States attorney in Connecticut to look into the origins of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s probe into the Trump campaign, according to reports.

Barr has appointed John Durham for the assignment, according to the New York Times. Durham has a history of investigating potential wrongdoing among national security officials.

Barr sent shockwaves through Washington after he acknowledged earlier this year during a hearing that he would review the origins of the FBI’s investigation into the Trump campaign, and again when he referred to those activities as “spying.”

Specifically, he has said he wants to review whether the FBI had appropriate predicate for spying on the Trump campaign, for example, when it sought a surveillance warrant against former campaign adviser Carter Page. Read the rest of this article HERE.

An Epidemic of Erasures, Redactions, Omissions, and Perjuries

by Victor Davis Hanson:

Imagine the following: The IRS sends you, John Q. Citizen, a letter alleging you have not complied with U.S. tax law. In the next paragraph, the tax agency then informs you that it needs a series of personal and business documents. Indeed, it will be sending agents out to discuss your dilemma and collect the necessary records.

But when the IRS agents arrive, you explain to them that you cannot find about 50 percent of the documents requested, and have no idea whether they even exist. You sigh that both hard copies of pertinent information have unfortunately disappeared and hard drives were mysteriously lost.

You nonchalantly add that you smashed your phone, tablet, and computer with a hammer. You volunteer that, of those documents you do have, you had to cut out, blacken or render unreadable about 30 percent of the contents. After all, you have judged that the redacted material either pertains to superfluous and personal matters such as weddings and yoga, or is of such a sensitive nature that its release would endanger your company or business or perhaps even the country at large.

You also keep silent that you have a number of pertinent documents locked up in a safe hidden in your attic unknown to the IRS. Let them find it, you muse. And when the agents question your unilateral decisions over hours of interrogatories, you remark to them on 245 occasions that you have no memory of your acts—or you simply do not have an answer for them.

In some instances, you state things that are not true, cannot be true by any stretch of the imagination, and contradict things you have said in the past—and you make it clear that you don’t think much of such inconsistencies. When pressed with contradictory evidence, you nonchalantly reply that you gave the “least untruthful” answer.

What would happen to you, a typical American citizen, should you follow this current Washington model of erasing, redacting, omitting, forgetting, and lying? Read the rest of this article at americangreatness.com.

House Releases Transcript Of Comey’s Closed-Door Interview; “I Don’t Remember Used 71 Times”

Saturday afternoon, the House Judiciary Committee published and released a full transcript of former FBI Director James Comey’s Closed door testimony.

According to Fox News, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., and House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy, R-SC, published the 235-page transcript as a part of an agreement with Comey.

At first the Former FBI Director challenged the subpoena to appear before the committee and instead pushed for a public hearing.

Lawmakers were frustrated with Comey’s lack of specifics.  A statement issued by Chairman Gowdy’s Office indicated Comey answered “I don’t remember” 71 times, “I don’t know” 166 times and “I don’t recall” eight times. Read the rest of this article at ilovemyfreedom.org.

Bishop: “Andrew Gillum Is a Well-Dressed, Smooth-Talking Pathological Liar”

Andrew Gillum and Adam Corey on a NYC boat ride

Because of documents subpoenaed by the Florida Commission on Ethics and released to the public Tuesday, the citizens of Florida now have learned that Democratic gubernatorial nominee Andrew Gillum is a pathological liar.

And when confronted with anything against him, Andrew will ALWAYS play the race card.

It’s his modus operandi.

According to a story reported in the Tampa Bay Times Tuesday afternoon, Andrew’s former college buddy, campaign treasurer and former Tallahassee lobbyist Adam Corey revealed the Broadway tickets to “Hamilton” were a “gift,” a/k/a  bribe, from an FBI undercover agent:

Barney Bishop

“The text messages show that, contrary to what his campaign has said, Gillum knew the tickets came from ‘Mike Miller,’ who was an FBI agent posing as a developer looking into city corruption.”

“‘Mike Miller and the crew have tickets for us to ‘Hamilton’ tonight at 8 p.m.,’ Corey texted Gillum on August 10, 2016.”

“‘Awesome news about ‘Hamilton,’ Gillum replied, according to the records. The texts appear to refute what Gillum’s campaign said just days after his unlikely win in the Democratic primary for Florida governor.”

The newspaper story goes on to recite what happened in the national television debate: “During Sunday’s debate, DeSantis asked Gillum about the tickets. ‘Did you pay for the Hamilton tickets?’ DeSantis asked. Gillum avoided directly answering the question.”

The cheapest tickets for Hamilton are $452 and can go up to $1,399, depending on where you sit.

By the way Andrew, where did you sit?

And then Andrew played the well-worn race card.

In the Tallahassee Democrat Tuesday morning, Andrew responds “… that at every turn, I was paying my own way or was with my family, for all trips, including picking up tickets from my brother Marcus … but this isn’t about a Broadway show. … The goal is obviously to use my candidacy as a way to reinforce, frankly, stereotypes about black men, Gillum said.”

What stereotypes about black men, Andrew?

No one is suggesting anything about black men, we’re suggesting you are a liar and a crook. It’s about you, not your race. You just happen to be black.

But, Andrew can’t help himself, because if he can convince the mainstream media he’s being victimized because of his race, then he can obfuscate about the truth. Read the rest of this article at sunshinestatenewss.com.

Media Fail: FBI Not Interested in Feinstein’s Kavanaugh Hoax — but ‘Pro’ Journos Take the Bait

by John Nolte:

The FBI will not be investigating Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s (D-CA) last-second attempt to smear Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

After countless hours of hearings, a number of in-depth background checks, thousands of questions asked and answered, and numerous one-on-one meetings with senators of both parties, at the very last second Feinstein dramatically released a letter (she has reportedly had in her possession for months) to the FBI.

“I have received information from an individual concerning the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court,” she said in a statement. “That individual strongly requested confidentiality, declined to come forward or press the matter further, and I have honored that decision. I have, however, referred the matter to federal investigative authorities.”

According to the far-left Washington Post, however, the FBI is not interested and will not be investigating the matter. The Post, however, was happy to add this: “The information came in a letter that describes an alleged episode of sexual misconduct involving the 53-year-old Kavanaugh when he was in high school, according to a person familiar with the matter.” Read the rest of this article at breitbart.com.

Nolte: Helsinki Is One of Trump’s Finest Moments

Wouldn’t it be great if a Never Trumper, a Progressive, a RINO or a member of the Mainstream Media read this article?

by John Nolte

President Donald Trump proved to Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday that he is nobody’s puppet — not Putin’s, not the Deep State’s, and not the establishment media’s. Like the moral strength he showed in Charlottesville, VA, last year, Helsinki should be remembered as one of Trump’s finest moments.

Last August, some truly evil people showed up in Charlottesville. On one side, you had white supremacists, and on the other, you had the left-wing terrorist group Antifa. A riot broke out, one person was murdered, and another 30-plus others were injured.

Almost immediately, the media crafted a narrative around Charlottesville that determined what Trump was supposed to do, which was to make a statement condemning racism and racists. Which he did, more than once. But he also did something he was not supposed to do and that was to, at long last, make an issue of Antifa, who had been running around for the better part of a year acting as the organized left’s Brownshirts.

Antifa had not just been targeting the alt-right. Antifa had been targeting mainstream, everyday conservatives and Trump supporters. And because the establishment media also advocates in favor of violence against the right, Antifa was able to terrorize us with impunity thanks to a media that deliberately ignored, downplayed, justified, glorified, or romanticized their reign of terror.

By having the moral courage to go off-script, Trump used Charlottesville to finally drag these terrorists into the national spotlight, and he did so by telling the truth, by accurately pointing out that “both sides” were responsible for that national disgrace. Trump also had the moral courage to point out there were “good people” on both sides; those who are not racists, who are not left-wing terrorists, who had arrived in good faith to protest against the tearing down of a statue and against racism. The New York Times, of all places, eventually proved Trump correct on this point.

But Trump was supposed to only condemn the white supremacists. He was not supposed to pour sunlight on the media’s shock troops in Antifa, which would limit their effectiveness in the future (and has). He was not supposed to point out that people of good faith can oppose purifying our history with the tearing down of statues. And this is why the media lost its mind for a week.

You see, the establishment media are left-wing activists only interested in one thing, and it has nothing to do with informing the public. Like all leftists, what these awful people most care about is control. The power to control people and events is what defines who they are, and when they sense they are losing that power, when someone dares defy them, like all spoiled children who do not get what they want, they do the only thing left to hold on to their sense of control — they stage a public tantrum.

The media’s post-Charlottesville tantrum was a wonder to behold, and it continues to this day, primarily through lies. Still bitter over Trump’s defiance, the media have fabricated the myth that Trump did not condemn racists (he did, more than once), that he said there are good Nazis (he didn’t), that he created a moral equivalence between racists and anti-racist protesters (he didn’t — what he did was accurately equate Antifa and white supremacists).

Almost a year later, Trump is still walking around with the flaming arrows in his back over Charlottesville, simply because he told the truth about Charlottesville. Which brings me to what happened Monday in Helsinki.

Once again, and this time with the help of that dirty cop, Special Counsel Robert Mueller, the establishment media and the Deep State believed they had rigged events to a point where Trump was cornered, where he would have no choice but to publicly berate Putin on the national stage for the sin of “interfering in our elections.”

What the media wanted was to emotionally blackmail Trump into creating an international scene, a YouTube moment with Putin, where the president would violate every diplomatic norm to publicly shame and berate the Russian president.

Why do you think Dirty Cop Mueller dropped his kangaroo indictment (more on this below) just a few days before the Putin summit? It was all coordinated and staged, it was the behavior of spoiled children desperate to get their way.

Wisely, for the good of his country and out respect for the truth, Trump refused to jump in the trap. And now the spoiled children who once again did not get what they want, are having a national tantrum. And moral cowards, like House Speaker Paul Ryan (God bless Rand Paul), are terrified of these spoiled media babies and are seeking only to appease them.

Nevertheless, what really happened is this: Trump showed the gangster Putin that he is his own man, that he cannot be bullied by America’s corrupt political and media establishment into behaving in a certain way, that he is willing to take those flaming arrows to do what he thinks is right, which, in this case, is to never forget the lessons of Iraq.

Keep in mind that what Trump was supposed to do Monday was to drink the Kool-Aid, was to believe our Intelligence Community (IC) got it 100 percent right about Russian meddling, was to throw diplomacy out the window and publicly embarrass Putin.

Thankfully, Trump refused to do that, and now the spoiled children, just as they did after Charlottesville, are again lying and claiming Trump “sided with Putin,” when the only thing Trump’s guilty of is remaining diplomatic, which is the whole point of a summit expressly arranged to facilitate peace.

What is so incredible is that, in this the year 2018, after the intelligence catastrophe that was Iraq, after learning the IC was actively meddling in the 2016 election using Kremlin-fed propaganda in the form of a dossier, only a crazy man would swallow whole what the IC is telling him, and only a dangerously weak man would risk damaging relations with Russia further in order to symbolically appease the IC.

The truth is this, and we all know it, especially those currently in the middle of their tantrum:

  1. Personally, I am not convinced Russia meddled in our election, and I find Dirty Cop Mueller’s kangaroo indictments of people he will never have to prove a case against (because he knows they will not be extradited) to be nothing less than the actions of a flailing prosecutor who’s got less than nothing. Mueller indicting non-American citizens working on behalf of a hostile government is the dumbest thing I have ever seen in my life. It would be like Reagan’s Justice Department indicting the KGB.
  2. Because the documents that convinced Republican investigators Russia meddled in our election came from our IC, I find those conclusions just as suspect.

Here’s One Unverified File the Feds Won’t Leak: About Loretta Lynch

By Paul Sperry, RealClearInvestigations

The FBI had little problem leaking “unverified” dirt from Russian sources on Donald Trump and his campaign aides – and even basing FISA wiretaps on it. But according to the Justice Department’s inspector general, the bureau is refusing to allow even members of Congress with top security clearance to see intercepted material alleging political interference by President Obama’s attorney general, Loretta Lynch.

That material – which has been outlined in press reports – consists of unverified accounts intercepted from putative Russian sources in which the head of the Democratic National Committee allegedly implicates the Hillary Clinton campaign and Lynch in a secret deal to fix the Clinton email investigation.

“It is remarkable how this Justice Department is protecting the corruption of the Obama Justice Department,” said Tom Fitton, president of Washington-based watchdog Judicial Watch, which is suing for the material.

Lynch and Clinton officials as well as the DNC chairman at the time, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, have denied the allegations and characterized them as Russian disinformation. Continue reading at realclearinvestigations.com.
