I guess you can use your hand when picking up after your dog and put the “matter” in your pocket until you get home.

Nah, use nature to decompose the sh… I just use a stick to fling it to an area where no one walks and put leaves/dirt on top. Call me crazy. But that’s God’s way of decomposing it. The best way. He even created dung beetles for just that purpose or we’d be covered in it. Bats eat mosquitoes or we’d be covered in those. His plan is amazing in every intricate detail including our DNA!

Not that I agree with most government decisions, BUT, I don’t think God envisioned man creating molecules that DO NOT break down or decompose, or that we’d be such poor stewards of our planet that we’d allow it to become a trash heap, If you’re not aware, the vast majority of plastics break down physically, into smaller pieces, but they do NOT break down chemically, so the plastic molecules wind up entering the food chain. Just because I’m a conservative, doesn’t mean I can’t be environmentally sensitive to reality. Not everything liberals rally around is stupid (just most of it!).

These dorks who run the city into the ground can’t wait to waste taxpayers money on something new and stupid that their underpaid police force will probably not enforce cause they are spread too thin and will always have more important stuff to do. They can’t fix the bad roads and what jobs they start, they don’t finish. Ahh wonerful, Ahh wonerful. Heres Myron with another polka!
