Careful, Alan. You’re not going to win any points from the rabid Trumpers – and there are a lot of them. Personally, I love Lisa Benson and she nailed it again with this one.

There is no way Cruz has the personality and appeal (always essential) to win the South, let alone the millions of white male voters who sat out Romney’s non-election. It ain’t gonna happen. His father is a passionate, charismatic preacher. Cruz gives much the same speeches but is grating and cringeworthy. He is off putting. Rubio IS amnesty, period. Who else can pull in the missing male voters AND stop this illegal immigration madness?

Thanks Jim, but I think this is sarcasm. I’m reading Lisa’s cartoon as showing The Donald mocking a rabid ANTI-Trumper (which Kelly is) in my conceited opinion.

The Donald is third or maybe even fourth on my list.

That’s it THE DONALD is afraid of Megan. The media is evil. About time someone stands up to them. I’m so voting for TRUMP.

I’m sorry…….anyone who finds this cartoon funny doesn’t have the intellect to understand the dynamics of the situation.

Come on, Bill! Don’t be so butthurt on this! Someone can fully “understand the dynamics of the situation” (as I do) and still find the cartoon funny as hell (as I do). Trump is a bombastic blowhard and has to expect shots like this – and much worse! I’m worried about how you’ll feel if Trump is elected, because it will be field day for the cartoonists, as it has been during Obummer’s reign as wannabe dictator. And, yes, I’ll vote for the blowhard if he’s the nominee. At that point, what choice would any thinking voter have?

Very well-stated, David. I could not agree more.

I noticed last evening that the central theme of Rubio’s speech (a terrific one, IMO) was America’s greatness; the theme of Trump’s speech was Trump’s greatness.

But he loves Iowa. He may buy a farm there. Oh, he loves New Hampshire, too.

    Give me a break.

People keep trying to put Trump in a box either he’s in the box on the right or the left. I think he’s a libertarian. Let people alone and let them do what they want to do. The reason he has played for both sides is it’s like a poker game to him. If you want to be in the game you have to throw in the anti. So every election he anti’s up with both sides or whoever he thinks is the most likely winner so he can play his game while they are in office. That’s really the smart way and there are lots of business men who do that. He has been saying for years how stupid the government is at running things and nobody with the pull of Reagan has ever stepped up. So now he’s stepping up.
As far as the media goes. You didn’t pay much attention to Cruz’s assessment of the questions asked. Both times he did, the questions were all pit one candidates against the other. That’s CRAP! So he already knew what the process was going to be and he won’t be able to truly address the crap that obummer and the wicked witch of the west has put the country in. So why bother to show up?
Cruz may be a good guy, but he is not going to be able to get stuff done if practically the whole congress opposes him. Rubio is giving the same 4th of July speeches he gave while running for senator. He’s already shown he’s main line establishment. So figure the odds of him listening to the public if he gets elected. The others are already out of the race. So Trump’s the best hope. Quit your whining and get over it.

This is exactly why we need to get used to hearing the words “Madame President”.

Thanks for clearing that up for us, Tom.

P.S.: When Hillary comes after your guns, don’t be shocked when I tell you to, “Quit your whining and get over it.”
