The @NYTimes still has the spirit of championing Castro's vision for Latin America. Somehow the word ‘socialism’ cannot be found anywhere in a 9,000 word Times Magazine profile of the opposition leader in collapsing Venezuela. https://t.co/ap5LwnKQog

This interview with Rev. C.L. Bryant for runawayslavemovie.com was recorded in May of 2011 at Barney’s Beanery in Westwood, CA, near his home. Andrew tells CL how he would like to be remembered. More about the film Andrew appears in at http://www.runawayslavemovie.com. Below is the transcript of this interview
Andrew Breitbart: What I want to be known as, the guy who was awakened, from a sleepwalking liberalism, by a man by the name of Clarence Thomas who stood there in a dignified manner as they tried to destroy him. Yet he did, he wasn’t, he wasn’t destroyed. And I want the Democratic Party and liberalism, I want my professors at Tulane and in the humanities department to know, that they tried to brainwash me, to side with Liberal Democrats, in order to attack those that disagreed. And I want my legacy to be, that they know that they screwed with the wrong guy.
In the United States of America, you have the right to think freely. You have the right to be whatever you want in this United States. And the idea that the Democrat media complex would tell you, that you are a slave to an ideology, to a mindset, that if you don’t abide by it, we’re going to punish you severely. That’s as un-American as anything that I can possibly imagine. I don’t care, if you would agree with me or disagree with me on policy. What I care about is that you have the freedom in this country to live your life as a free, rugged individualist. And I am at war with anybody that would tell you, that you don’t have a right to be a free man.
Rev. C.L. Bryant: Andrew Breitbart thank you thank you thank you with me today thank you.
The Christian satire site Babylon Bee has been fact-checked by Snopes and threatened by Facebook after it published an Onion-style article about CNN about purchasing a washing machine to “spin the news.”
The Babylon Bee openly advertises itself as a satire site. Recent headlines include, “Local Pastor Hoping Curling Metaphors Go Over Big This Sunday,” “Nation That Calls Trump ‘Hitler’ Demands He Take All Guns Away,” “Calvinist Dog Corrects Owner: ‘No One Is A Good Boy’,” and “New Exercise Bike Forces You To Watch Christian Movies Until You Hit Your Calories Goal.”
Not only is this fairly anodyne stuff, but as you can see, the Babylon Bee is more than willing to satirize their own among the Faithful.
Naturally, none of this matters to our left-wing tech overlords, who are becoming increasingly desperate to censor free speech coming from conservatives, Christians, and the like.
This time, in order to protect the far-left CNN from ridicule, Snopes and Facebook worked in tandem to teach the Babylon Bee (and all of us) a lesson about mocking your betters.
It all started with a Babylon Bee headline that read, “CNN Purchases Industrial-Sized Washing Machine to Spin News Before Publication,” and a few paragraphs of satire that are more goofy than biting…
ATLANTA, GA—In order to aid the news station in preparing stories for consumption, popular news media organization CNN purchased an industrial-sized washing machine to help its journalists and news anchors spin the news before publication.
The custom-made device allows CNN reporters to load just the facts of a given issue, turn a dial to “spin cycle,” and within five minutes, receive a nearly unrecognizable version of the story that’s been spun to fit with the news station’s agenda.
One reporter was seen inserting the facts of a recent news story early Thursday morning.
Nevertheless, in a one-two punch, starting with an overbearing Snopes’ fact check that declared an obvious piece of satire “false,” according to the site’s founder Adam Ford, Facebook used that fact check as a means to lay the groundwork required to forever snuff out the Babylon Bee:

Andrew Breitbart died suddenly of a massive heart attack on March 1st, 2012. We miss you, Andrew!
The debate over gay marriage began with local conversations. Each of the 50 states would decide the issue on their own. After we discussed the matter amongst ourselves and everyone had a say, we would have ourselves a vote.
During this debate, we were assured and reassured that gay marriage would not affect us. All we want are our rights! All we want is equality! All we want is to be like you! It’s no skin off your nose! Over and over, we were promised this.
Pop culture also weighed in. TV, movies, documentaries, and various news magazines, promised us that gay marriage would bring everyone together. Carefully manufactured depictions portrayed gay nuptials as a means for families and communities to heal old wounds while a sense of Happily Ever After descended over the land.
Then came the phony media polls that showed a majority in favor of gay marriage. But, as actual voting proved, those polls were rigged. In referendums all around the country, even California, gay marriage failed.
This is when the left’s mask came off.
After voting proved Americans were understandably uneasy about gay marriage, the left and their media allies showed their true selves. The era of discussion and democracy abruptly ended. Suddenly we were the targets of venomous hate campaigns, of boycotts. Even though we held the same view of gay marriage Barack Obama did just a few months earlier, the media sought to turn us into something socially unacceptable — we were ostracized, slapped with a scarlet letter as bigots, homophobes, and Nazis who hid behind our evil Christianity.
Fast forward to 2018… And here we go again. continue reading at breitbart.com.

NBA superstar LeBron James is talking politics again and Fox News host Laura Ingraham will have none of it.
I’m numb to this commentary… “Like.”
Must they run their mouths like that? Unfortunately, a lot of kids and some adults take these ignorant comments seriously. Look, there might be a cautionary lesson in LeBron for kids. This is what happens when you attempt to leave high school a year early to join the NBA. And it’s always unwise to seek political advice from someone who gets paid a hundred million dollars a year to bounce a ball.
Oh and LeBron and Kevin, you’re great players, but no one voted for you. Millions elected Trump, to be their coach. So keep the political commentary to yourself, or as someone once said: “Shut up and dribble.”
And by the way, The Great One weighs in:
I agree with Laura Ingraham. LeBron James wants to trash talk the president in the most vile way, then let’s… https://t.co/P6BeqbPnzK

The following statement was released by Congressman Ted Yoho (R, FL) earlier this morning:
Yesterday in your Nation’s Capitol, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi grandstanded on the House floor for 8 hours, effectively preventing Members of the House from conducting their business on behalf of the American people. The citizens – the very people that have sent all Members of Congress to do the Nation’s business and keep government functioning – were forsaken for a group of people residing in our Nation illegally.
The important work that was to be completed included funding for our military, national security, disaster relief and more, but no. Mrs. Pelosi chose to place a greater value on illegal aliens rather than the legal, law abiding citizens who have elected not just her, but our entire body that makes up Congress.
It is a sad day for our Republic when any Member of Congress holds hostage critical funding for all of government over an issue such as amnesty for people here illegally. She has demanded a debate on amnesty; a debate that was agreed to over a week ago. What we witnessed yesterday was nothing more than a PR stunt – another sad example of party politics over Country.
What Nancy Pelosi did was an injustice for all Americans. Yes, our immigration policy is a disgrace but grandstanding for eight hours, stopping the House from funding our military or National security is an outrage.
I pray that perhaps someday Mrs. Pelosi and the party she leads will consider putting putting America and her citizens first and genuinely work with all colleagues to solve our Country’s many serious challenges instead of resorting to tawdry partisan politics.

“This is an actual recording one hears when calling to complain at a school in Australia. If only our educational system were this good…” (Quote from actor and conservative activist, James Woods). Note that the audio does not begin until about 30 seconds into the clip.

Coleman: ‘When the temperature data could no longer be bent to support global warming, they switched to climate change and now blame every weather and climate event on CO2 despite the hard, cold fact that the “radiative forcing” theory they built their claims on has totally failed to verify.’
‘The current bad science is all based on a theory that the increase in the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere from the exhaust of the burning of fossil fuels leads to a dramatic increase in “the greenhouse effect” causing temperatures to skyrocket uncontrollably. This theory has failed to verify and is obviously dead wrong. But the politically funded and agenda driven scientists who have built their careers on this theory and live well on the 2.6 billion dollars of year of Federal grants for global warming/climate change research cling to this theory and bend the data spread to support the glorified claims in their reports and papers.’ climatedepot.com
